Project for the merger by incorporation of Sferanet Srl into Olidata SpA approved
Today, 25/01/2024, the Board of Directors of Olidata and the Board of Directors of Sferanet S.r.l., a subsidiary of Olidata, approved the plan for the merger by incorporation of Sferanet into Olidata.
This is an important transaction step that will take place during 2024, where Sferanet will continue to live within the beating heart of Olidata, an Italian company that can now say it is back in the limelight as a national ICT leader.
