Olidata revokes analyst coverage and specialist trader mandate from Banca Finnat relying on Intermonte Sim

Olidata announces that it has formally communicated to Banca Finnat Euramerica S.p.a. the termination of the Engagement Agreements relating to both the Continuing Analyst Coverage Service and the Specialist Operator assignment.

The termination of the above contracts was also communicated in the same manner to Borsa Italiana and Consob.

The Specialist Operator that will take over from Banca Finnat will be Intermonte SIM.
